It starts with the little things. Our owner, Larry Lockhart, has held a lot of jobs in the construction industry in his life. With his work ethic, and always being on the job a few minutes early, he has developed a reputation for punctuality, while at the same time meeting or exceeding his customers’ expectations.
That same work ethic has been imported into our company’s DNA. Every job that we complete for you is completed by somebody who is motivated by a natural love for what they do. What are your hours of operation?
Our typical hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Project specific working hours can usually be accommodated.
What areas do you serve?
We service James Island, Folly Beach, John’s Island, Downtown Charleston, West Ashley, North Charleston, Kiawah Island, Sullivan’s Island and more.
How long does it take to get an estimate?
After the initial consultation, our goal is to have estimates prepared within 48 hours. Some estimates may take longer depending on scope of work and materials used.
How long is an estimate good for?
Generally we hold prices for 30 days. When the markets are volatile, sometimes we can only hold prices for a week.
Do you offer financing?
Currently we do not offer financing at this time.
